Approval of Non-Audit Accounting Services

The Audit Committee of the Internet Society hereby consents to and adopts the following resolution, which shall have the same force and effect as if adopted at a duly held meeting of the Audit Committee:

Approval of Non-Audit Reviews by Grant Thornton

Resolution: Approve engagement of Grant Thornton for non-audit services.
RESOLVED: The Audit Committee approves engagement of Grant Thornton to provide tax research and consultation, reviewing  ISOC’s Public Support Test calculations and forecasts, in accordance with the attached Agreement and Statement of Work.
