Acceptance of the 2008 Audited Statements

The Audit Committee of the Internet Society hereby consents to and adopts the following resolution, which shall have the same force and effect as if adopted at a duly held meeting of the Audit Committee:

Acceptance of the Audited Statements for 2008, as presented by Grant Thornton

RESOLVED: The Audit Committee hereby accepts the 2008 Audited Financial Statements, as presented by Grant Thornton, and

FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Audited Financial Statements be forwarded to the Board of Trustees with the Audit Committee’s recommendation for approval.
