I - President's report on PIR's PR in regards to ISOC

Lynn reported that she discussed messaging for the ISOC & PIR web sites with the PIR CEO last week.

II - agenda/topics for joint ISOC/PIR board meeting

The excom discussed possible agenda topics for the upcoming joint ISOC/PIR board meeting.

III - association management system

Lynn reported on the status of the project to implement an association management system and reported that ISOC has engaged a consultant to pull together the project. The excom discussed the timing of the project.
